Symbiosis menu  🌞

Tasting menu structured in six courses plus aperitif. Includes Sant Aniol mineral water and service of sourdough farmer's bread slow fermentation homemade harmony of wines selected by our head chef and wine expert.


We modify this menu according to seasonal produce and availability, as well as our entire gastronomic offer.
ONLY AVAILABLE FOR LUNCH WITH RESERVATION UNTIL 2:30 PM.

For lunch, from Monday to Fridayworkers we offer a menu that  includes:
A starter, a main course, a dessert, 1 portion of home-made sourdough and slow-fermented farmer's bread and Sant Aniol mineral water 1/2l per diner.

Price: 22.50 euros per diner


*Available from Monday to Friday except bridges, Christmas holidays and Easter WEEKDAYS ONLY LUNCH SERVICE UNTIL 3 PM.

** Due to the cooking philosophy based on our territory, it is very difficult for us to adapt our gastronomic offer to the needs of vegetarians and vegans.
